a. This design is boring and uninspired. The fact that a light beam acts as a spire to 'mimick' the statue of liberty is a rather pathetic lunge at architectural jargon that the public is obviously meant to fall for. I would like to think we are smarter. (no pun intended.)

b. I am sick of promotional renderings/photo's of buildings always being taken at night. According to the lunar position it looks as thought the shot was timed for 10pm... isn't that when the local news is on?
